High death rate of patients at pancreonecrosis stimulates surgeons to search of new, more effective ways of early diagnostics and forecasting of a current of the given disease. By us it was used for forecasting of dynamics of pyoinflammatory process registration change of the biological and electrochemical processes proceeding directly in the centre of an inflammation. At carrying out of experimental work on a current assessment of works on a section material of the pancreas amazed pan-creonecrosis, correlation of electrochemical and morphological changes of inflam-matory process is revealed.
